This was an issue that I had been very much looking forward to, as the story of Iceland during its Sturlunga Age is well worth a detailed examination. Our theme consists of five articles, two of which deal with battles that take place in Iceland, while others explore the society and sagas of this North Atlantic island.

The issue also has several non-theme articles, which range from England to Iberia.
