Issue 73 - Late Roman Skirmish

Jan Groß’s scenario for a Late Roman skirmish game in issue 73 of Wargames, Soldiers & Strategy looks like a lot fun. It adapts the Triumph and Tragedy ruleset to provide a fast playing game between some retreating Roman soldiers and a bunch of raiding Germans.

His game however uses a card-based activation mechanic, with unique cards for both sides. Due to space, we couldn’t print these cards in the magazine, so we are making them available here, as a PDF, so that you can stage your own version of the skirmish:
