Issue 71 - The Battle of Moore's Brook

The Skulking Practice of War is a fascinating article by Allen E. Curtis in issue 71 of WS&S. It takes a look at the often bloody conflicts that occurred between the settlers and natives in 17th century New England. The paper issue includes two separate scenarios; Allen also wrote a third, but we ran out of space! For that reason, we’re making that one, The Battle of Moore’s Brook, available as a free PDF. The suggested army lists are for Sharpe Practice, but you can easily make adaptations to other rulesets.
