Themes for Ancient Warfare Volume XVI
After exciting discussion and deliberation, we've finalised the themes for the upcoming sixteenth (!) volume of Ancient Warfare Magazine. Without further ado, they are:
- 16.1 - Ancient Piracy and Naval Raiding
- 16.2 - The rise of the Hoplite
- 16.3 - An Empire in the east (Constantinople in the 4th-6th centuries AD)
- 16.4 - The campaigns of Thutmose III
- 16.5 - Roman Legion Part III – The first century of the Roman Imperial Army
- 16.6 - The Gallic Invasions of the 3rd century BC
