Issue 56 - ACW 28mm figure review

Issues 56 and 66 of Wargames, Soldiers & Strategy both have themes related to the ACW period. In 56, we took a look at all of the 28mm ranges available to players getting ready to start an army. However, in order to avoid being redundant, we didn’t want to review those same options in issue 66. We therefore chose to look at other figure scales for ACW (20mm and smaller).
